I did the YouLeap assessment because a friend recommended it. I'd already been to three other consultancies by that point and each of them had tried to push me toward Canada.
The assessment itself took about 11 minutes. The questions weren't the usual personality-test kind. They were specific: tell us what you liked about your internship, what you didn't, what kinds of problems you'd want to work on at 28.
The result suggested Supply Chain as my strongest fit. I would never have considered it.
The counsellor session was with Sahla. She explained what supply chain actually looks like as a career — not the stereotype. She showed me TU Munich's programme, Werkstudent jobs at BMW, the Blue Card pathway.
A year later I'm in Munich. Placed at BMW before graduation. The assessment didn't make the decision for me — it just asked the question nobody else had thought to ask.
